Tree Planting
Together, the couple plants a tree—symbolising growth, rootedness, and a shared future. It’s a living reminder of the day your journey began.
My touch: Add soil from meaningful places—your childhood homes, favourite beaches, or gardens. You can include a spoken intention or blessing as you plant, making it a moment of quiet beauty and hope.
SERVICE
Handfasting
A beautiful Celtic tradition where the couple’s hands are gently bound with ribbons or cords, symbolising unity and intention. Each ribbon can represent a value—love, loyalty, adventure, joy.
My touch: Choose colours that reflect your story, or invite loved ones to place the ribbons one by one, each offering a blessing. It’s visual, heartfelt, and deeply moving.
It is said to be lucky if it rains on your wedding day as in times gone past twine would have been used in the hand fasting,, the rain causing the twine to swell and so tightening the knot and bone of the couple.

Ring Warming
Before the exchange, your wedding bands are passed through the hands of your guests, each person silently infusing them with love and good wishes.
My touch: A perfect way to involve your nearest and dearest. For intimate ceremonies, this can be done in a circle; for larger ones, it’s a beautiful pre-ceremony ritual.

Sand Blending
Two vessels of coloured sand are poured into one shared container, representing the blending of lives while honouring individuality.
My touch: Choose colours that reflect your personalities or shared journey. Layer the sand slowly, with spoken vows or memories for each pour. The result A keepsake full of meaning.

Wine Box Ceremony
You write love letters to each other and seal them in a box with a bottle of wine, to be opened on a future anniversary—or during a moment when you need a reminder of your love.
My touch: Add your vows, a photo, or a note from a loved one. I’ll narrate the intention as you seal the box, creating a moment of quiet anticipation and depth.

Signature Cocktail Sharing
A playful, personal ritual where you mix or pour a signature drink together—symbolising joy, flavour, and shared taste.
My touch: Name the cocktail after a shared memory or inside joke. Serve it to guests post-ceremony or place a recipe card on each place setting. It’s celebration in a glass.
